The only way to really REALLY know the precise radiation levels coming from tech is to use a meter that measures a specific range of radiofrequency radiation. Most basic meters are unable to measure 5G (fifth generation of wireless technology) radiation levels because these darn meters aren’t even capable of detecting those high frequencies -- they are too energetic to pick up!

HOLD UP! Cell phones certainly are not the only source of EMF radiation. Everything your phone connects to and everything that connects to other wireless connections sprays you down with EMFs.


WiFi.

Bluetooth.

Apple Pay.

1) Keep Your Cell Phone on AIRPLANE MODE as Much as Possible!

I assume you're like me and you don't read the fine print Apple or Android safety guidelines, however I recently discovered on the world wide web (using my EMF-loaded iPhone) something astonishing. The manufacturers warn us that these devices should not be kept anywhere against our bodies. You know what I mean, answering calls up in our ears, laptop work on your lap, phone in pocket, yada yada yada. If your phone is actively connected to wifi, service or bluetooth, it is indeed zapping your brain cells and putting your temple at risk for cancer development, neurological issues, and so much more. Your phone is actively transmitting radiation if it's not powered off or in airplane mode. I recommend pounding that airplane button whenever you don’t need it on in the car, at the grocery store, working, and anywhere you go! Use speakerphone when possible, avoid wireless headphones (I still use my Bose noise-cancelling because it puts me into another galaxy lol), and take care of yourself by powering that dopamine-device here n’ there!


2) Turn Off Devices While You Sleep!

As we all know, sleep is how we human beings bounce back for another bright and sunny kickass day. Without adequate recovery we deplete our longevity and become weak and frail. Don’t be a weakling. Radiofrequency can mess you up big time if you count sheep by your phone 7-9 hours every single night. Turn off your phone while you sleep, or at least turn on airplane mode! Everyone in the house should follow these rules and power off the WiFi routers, modems, wireless printers, and PlayStations every night. Personally, I like to put my phone on airplane mode and put it far away from where I rest my head to catch my zzzzs, not emfffffs. That way I can still have my alarm set up on the phone in the meantime until I get myself an external BLAH BLAH BLAH one.

Even though this is the last one on the list, it is equally important to the previous 2 steps.
