Consuming a diet rich in omega-3s from fatty cold water fish like wild-caught salmon, mackerel and sardines, and supplementing with a good fish or krill oil will do the trick.

Selenium

Selenium deficiency is so common in this industrial, modern era, therefore increasing the risk of viral infections, including 2020’s favorite, COVID-19.
