Follow these 5 Lifestyle Rituals to Boost Testosterone Naturally!

Testosterone is the chief male sex hormone that regulates fertility, muscle mass, fat distribution, and red blood cell production. When testosterone levels drop below healthy levels--due to a crappy diet, environmental toxins, disrupted sleep, etc--you can expect conditions like hypogonadism (aka small balls) or infertility. It can be extremely disheartening having a lowercase t, but if you follow these top 5 lifestyle habits, your T will remain capital in no time!

1. EAT A DIET RICH IN HEALTHY FATS

Fats are the building blocks to hormones. Without a diverse AND balanced array of essential fatty acids in your diet, you can expect your testosterone to plummet faster than a slinky on a staircase. Key fatty acids to put your microscope on are omega-3s which are primarily found in fatty coldwater fish like wild caught sardines and salmon and 100% grass-fed and finished beef. I recommend diminishing the intake of omega-6s simultaneously as you increase your levels of omega-3s so you can hit that healthy ratio of 4:1 omega-3 to 6.
2. COUNT SHEEP FOR 7-9 HOURS NIGHTLY

We all know sleep in critical because we do it 1/3 of our lives... but don’t actually count sheep for 7-9 hours, guys. That might drive you bonkers in a matter of minutes and kindle some fight or flight vibes. Sleeping 7-9 hours statistically has been proven to increase testosterone by over 10-15% in men versus sleeping 5 hours a night. Long-term can cause a whole hell of a lot of issues in us men, like mood swings, no libido, and worst of all, small balls. 3. SOAK UP SUNSHINE... NAKED?

Sunlight energy is quite healing for every human, but did you know it has a direct effect on your level of testosterone circulating through your veins? Yup. 4. LIFT HEAVY SH!T

Picking up heavy weights (without killing yourself) upgrades your manhood in minutes. There is a massive shift in testosterone when you tap into this animalistic realm of conditioning; hence why it's WAY easier for men to pack the density versus women because we have more test innately. However, even after lifting heavy weights and focusing on hypertrophy (aka muscle building) testosterone can upregulate that much more afterwards. You’re probably not gonna like me telling you this unless you are already a gym junkie, but leg day is the best day for boosting T. Squats and deadlifts are the most potent movements in boosting your T (just look it up). Sorry guys, chest day and bench doesn’t accelerate your manliness as much as a heavy 300lb+ back squat.
