Metaphysical Becomes Physical— How Fear Manifests Sickness

Fear is triggered by a perceived threat. It is a basic survival mechanism that signals our bodies to respond to danger using ‘fight or flight’ mechanisms. Without fear, we wouldn’t be here. However, when we live in constant fear, stimulated from masking smiling faces or from the stressors at work, we deplete our wellness. We get sick.

How does fear work in the body?

Within seconds of thinking of something stressful or burdening (i.e. seeing a masked individual) or seeing something that elicits fear like your phone bill, a stress-hormone cocktail surges throughout your body and brain. Once we sense this ‘danger,’ these hormones slow or shut down functions required for survival. This could be inhibited digestive flow (this is why people who are chronically stressed commonly have IBS) or lack of focus on a particular task at hand like that stubborn brain fog.

Your pupils may dilate, sweat begins to drip from every pore and your blood flow/heart rate increases. That’s a no-go for a robust immune system. Your body becomes distracted from doing what it’s supposed to— repair and revitalize each cell.

Chronic fear starts within the brain. Fear arises with thoughts.

Do you have happy, positive and uplifting thoughts on life, your future and the future of this planet?

Or do you go down a spiral staircase of self-sabotaging thoughts, inhibitions, impossibilities and negative feedback loops?

The first step is recognize these thoughts as a third person you. Without this first step, your bucket begins to fill up with fear until one day, it overflows. You break down. You give up. You listen without questioning anything you are told.

Here is a long list of ‘fearful’ words you may relate to during these trialing COVID times:

angst

anxiety

concern

despair

dismay

distrust

doubt

dread

horror

jitters

panic

scare

suspicion

terror

unease

uneasiness

worry

abhorrence

agitation

aversion

awe

consternation

cowardice

What do they mean to you?

All I can think of is dis-ease (disease); the lack of easiness and fluidity in life. It is an imbalance in the purest sense.

However, let‘s switch the lingo. Let’s not allow biased fear-ridden dogma and adversity spew from the external environment into our comfortable bubbles.

So, here is a long list of ‘loving’ words you may relate to during COVID times:

affection

appreciation

devotion

emotion

fondness

friendship

infatuation

lust

passion

respect

taste

tenderness

yearning

adulation

allegiance

amity

amorousness

amour

ardor

attachment

case

cherishing

Love always wins. Love is the most energetically dynamic human emotion. Love allows freedom from pain, discomfort, maladies. Fear, on the opposite emotional spectrum, manifests hate. Fear creates tension and weakness— it depletes our energy.

Fear is created from within, not from the outside. Although the outside media, Instagram, Facebook, news articles and celebrities can infiltrate your intellect through guilt-tripping phrases like:

“Don’t be selfish, do it for others”

“Stop the spread— mask on”, they can only control you if your inside is vulnerable and fearful.

These entities pull on your precious heartstrings and ignore the science which goes against all their beliefs. They have good intentions, but they are misinterpreting the facts. They are petrified to speak the truth, or to even read the truth.

Then us sheeple agree with these beliefs and biases and hold strong to them— before you know it deception and falsehoods spread every which way in our society.

The worst part is, many of us don’t question authority— aka the media (FOX, CNN, NBC etc). We tune in and bow down immediately.

Prior to March 2020, I commonly heard, “I don’t trust the government or what I hear on these news reports.” Then corona strikes every tv, cell phone and ad screening— the fear begins. We all of a sudden trust every word coming from the media.  “Wear masks, sanitize hands, stay indoors & social distance.” This blows my mind! Where’s the ”eat healthy, go outside in the sun and nature, exercise, walk, take natural supplements”?

I want to emphasize that masks do not help prevent the spread of disease at the scale we all want to believe they do. The research is open to the public— it’s available right at your fingertips. Just type in ‘masks and viruses’ on PubMed and read through the hundreds of peer reviewed articles. I believe that science is the closest thing to the truth. And what does science or the objective truth say? They don’t prevent viruses from spreading person to person— most of them don’t do shizzle for our immune system. Cotton and medical masks are the most commonly worn. They are also the most misleading.

Here are some more facts or truths about the flu and how buying into the fear-ridden news will compromise our health; therefore doing the opposite to our intentions:

~Influenza spreads around the world in yearly outbreaks, resulting in about three to five million cases of severe illness and about 290,000 to 650,000 deaths. About 20% of unvaccinated children and 10% of unvaccinated adults are infected each year. The death rate exceeds Corona’s current 0.25% by a landslide.

~America has been hit the hardest out of the entire planet! We are the sickest culture known to man. We do not take care of our wellness with nutrition, movement and natural cleansing. We expect quick fixes to our health— hand sanitizers, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, staying indoors, and of course, masks. This is no bueno.

I wrote this brief blog to make one point crystal clear to you guys:

America must take care of our innate immune system from the INSIDE— not the outside. Not with masks. Not with sanitizers. Not with distancing. But with a positive and hopeful metaphysical attitude, movement, wholesome food, sunshine, friends, family and commune, and holding hands as a collective.

A healthy outside, starts from the inside… always.

Peace, love, prosperity be with you all.

~ Christian
